Do you need a good carpet cleaner in Salem, OR
Do you need a good carpet cleaner in Salem, Oregon? One of our rentals was recently vacated and I decided to try a new carpet cleaning company and see if we could just clean the carpet instead of replace it. In the past I have gone with the least expensive company. I always thought all carpet cleaners were alike. Oh my was I wrong! Like New Carpet Care did a fantastic job! The carpet looks new! The only thing they couldn't take care of was an iron mark on the carpet. Otherwise all the dirt, pink stains and anything else are gone! The carpet looks new! I was so impressed I felt I need to share it. The contact information is 503-363-7738. The person who cleaned my carpets was Brady. He had arms the size of a body builder and did an excellent job. Try them, I think you will be pleased.

You just got an offer on your home!! Now what?
You just got an offer on your home. YIKES! Now what do you do? Is the offer a good one, or not so good? Does it really matter at this point? Well, the most important thing is not to ignore the offer. You have a choice to either counter the offer or ignore it. DON'T IGNORE IT! Any offer is a good offer. So if it isn't quite what you were hoping for, counter the offer. Always as best as you possibly can come to a compromise with the buyer. You want to sell and they want to buy. Try to work it out somewhere in the middle. Listen to the advise of your realtor. Look at the stats for the area you live in. What is the average price per square foot for the homes sold? Is your offer close to this? What condition is your home? How many showings has it had? Does this look like a solid buyer? These are things to consider when you get an offer. For more information on selling your home check out my website at http://www.getsalemrealestate.com/
